The
English
The Irish Red & White Pats (renamed) came to us from Rescue at 11.8yrs in April 2003, very overweight, almost immobile and with a few ‘personal’ problems. He now leads a very active and healthy life with ours and almost thinks he is an English! Pats is our second R/W . Saffron our first, who it transpired is Pats’ Gt Aunt, died aged 12.3 in ’98 Saffron – just before she died - 17/7/86 – 27/10/98 The Irish Our first Irish, a rescue Sophie (estimated 4yrs), arrived in 1986. She was extremely underweight and covered in pig lice, our vet. gave her 6mths. We had her for over 11yrs, until 1997 so she must have been 15+yrs.! Our second Irish we fetched from Norfolk, in dreadful snow and ice with friends who were having one of the same litter at the end of December 2000. March 2004 Polly is in whelp, 5.5wks here, to Sh. Ch. Cedrus Solitaire (Solly)
