Whilst situated in a sheltered valley, the cottage is in fact only 3OOyds. off the moor - up the hill and over the cattle grid!! The walks in the area are numerous, over lanes and footpaths, across fields, woods and moorland, all within a short distance.

The local village of Blisland with its village green (very rare in Cornwall), Parish Church, Pub, and P.O. is only half a mile easy walking through narrow lanes.
