Lease Cottage, originally bought for ourselves to enjoy at weekends, dates back to the 1500's and has been sympathetically and completely modernised whilst losing none of its old world charm - having exposed beams and stained wood doors throughout and a slate slab floor in the dining/hall, kitchen and utility rooms.

Both the living room and the lounge have open inglenook fireplaces (with cloam ovens) housing multifuel stoves.

BEDROOM 2 - Double bed, airing cupboard, immersion heater
First floor - from kitchen stairs
BEDROOM 3 - Double bed Storage Heater
BATHROOM - Bath washbasin toilet and wall heater

	Electricity (Please use econ. 7 if possible) Logs and coal for fires
	Pillows, duvets and spare blankets, Cot and mattress (NO bedding)
	Garden furniture and portable B.B.Q.
	Pets are welcome at no extra cost (but owners are liable for any damage their pets may cause)

Exclusive:

	Bed linen and towels are not included
	Telephone - Honesty box

Arrive and Depart:

Saturdays - arrive after 3 pm, depart by 10 am. These times are to allow for cleaning (please leave the cottage as you would wish to find it)
